Cave Creek stone with of palaeo-Hebrew dating from around 250 BC

The Grave Creek Stone is an oval sandstone tablet 4.8 cm wide and 3.6 cm high, excavated in 1838 at a depth of 60 feet from West Virginia’s Grave Creek Mound, together with a skeleton and bronze arm rings. In 1922 a farmer working his field near Morristown, Tennessee, ploughed up a stone similar in size to the Grave Creek tablet, covered with the same inscription. Since then, two more stones – one in Ohio county, and the other near Braxton Creek, West Virginia – have been found which bear identical characters. The text may represent a form of palaeo-Hebrew dating from around 250 BC. “Traditional” archeologist say there was no outside contact in America until 1492 so this must be a fake along with all other artifacts found in America with early Hebrew writing (there are hundreds of these artifacts).

I live in the area of Morristown Tennessee and will do research to find out what happened to the stone found in this area. There are rumors that there are “Viking writings” (Hebrew?) near Tazewell Tennessee which is only 20 miles north of Morristown. When I was a kid an archeologist told me that the best place to start looking for artifacts is your own back yard; now that I’m old, I understand what he meant.

writing on wood called TALKING TABLETS OF EASTER ISLAND

THE TALKING TABLETS OF EASTER ISLAND – Wooden tablets discovered by Reverend Father Gaspard Zumbohm in the early 1860’s. “The characters represent animals that are unknown on the island, which the natives carve with sharp flakes of obsidian”. When discovered by Zumbohm, nobody left on the island who knew how to read the characters since the Peruvians had brought about the deaths of all the wise men and, thus, the pieces of wood were no longer of any interest to the natives who burned them as firewood or wound their fishing lines around them.
